The AM-BAX 4000 Four Section Hi-Lo Traction Table With Bar Activator utilizes a heavy-duty steel tube for Hi-Lo control adjustment of the table height while keeping both hands on the patient and both feet on the floor. The control is designed to allow easy access from anywhere around the table without disrupting the treatment. It offers pivoting joints house hardened steel shoulder bolts to ensure years of trouble-free operation.

- Dock-to-Dock Delivery – the most economical delivery service. Requires a raised loading dock at delivery address. Customer responsible for un-crating and delivery to designated area.
- Curbside Delivery: Includes lift gate to lower to street level. Customer is responsible for unpacking and moving into facility
- White Glove Service – Inside, full-service delivery. Table is uncrated and brought to customer designated area. All debris is removed. Loading dock is not required.
- Future Delivery – Request delivery of imaging table for a specified future date. Indicate on P.O. when delivery is preferred along with type of delivery.Charges for delivery services apply. Ask for details when placing your order.
